Staff from Co-op stores around Oxford raised a fantastic total of £1931 this year for the John Radcliffe Hospital’s Children’s ward in Headington. The money was used to buy toys, which were delivered to the ward and the children and families in time for Christmas.
Last year stores raised £1040 for charity and they surpassed their goal of £1500 this year.
We are especially proud of the Rose Hill Co-Operative food store for raising the highest amount out of all the other Co-op stores in Oxford, with an impressive £603 being raised by the public and colleagues who work there.
