Lead a team of Community Assistants to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the Community Centre.

Lead our Health & Safety culture across the facility.

Ensure the Centre is meeting the needs of the community through the provision of excellent customer service.

Deliver the day to day operations in line with system and procedure requirements and expected quality standards.
